Aligned with SDG 3: Good Health and Well-Being, Hriday Foundation India champions preventive healthcare, nutrition awareness, and safe food practices to improve the quality of life across communities. Our approach blends education, engagement, and empowerment to create a healthier nation.

Our Key Interventions

  • Eat Right India Movement: Partnering with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), we support nationwide initiatives promoting safe, healthy, and sustainable food.
  • Eat Right School Program: Engaging children as change agents by creating awareness of food safety, hygiene, and nutrition within schools and extending the message to families and communities.
  • Eat Right Campus Initiative: Encouraging universities, colleges, workplaces, and hospitals to adopt safe and sustainable food practices that improve community health and productivity.
  • FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification): Training food handlers and business operators to ensure compliance with food safety standards, thereby reducing foodborne illnesses.
  • Health Promotion & Wellness: Organizing health camps, walkathons, and wellness activities that foster physical activity, preventive healthcare, and mental well-being.
  • Community Outreach: Implementing campaigns on nutrition, lifestyle diseases, and hygiene practices to reduce the burden of non-communicable diseases and strengthen public health.
